The rules for using Doorbell, in plain words.

1. Who we are

Doorbell is software made and run by CodeMark Digital ("CodeMark", "we", "us"), Karachi, Pakistan. You can reach us at codemarkdigitals@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +92 329 2253421. By creating an account or using Doorbell you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

2. What Doorbell does

Doorbell lets property agents save what their clients are looking for, add properties, and send those clients WhatsApp messages about properties that suit them, from the agent's own linked WhatsApp number. It also hosts a simple web page for each property.

3. Your account

• You log in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe: anyone who can read it can log in as you.
• The person who creates the account is its owner and can invite team members. You are responsible for what everyone on your account does.
• You must give accurate details and be at least 18 years old.

4. Free trial, plans and payment

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial, with no card needed.
• After the trial, sending stops until you choose a paid plan. Your data stays in your account.
• Plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance, at the prices shown on our website when you pay. Prices are in Pakistani rupees.
• If a plan is not renewed, sending pauses until it is. You can stop renewing at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are not refundable for a period that has already started, except where the law requires it or we agree in writing.

5. Using WhatsApp responsibly

Doorbell sends messages through your own WhatsApp account. You agree to:

• only add and message people who have asked you about property, or who have otherwise agreed to hear from you;
• stop messaging anyone who asks you to stop (Doorbell does this by itself when someone replies STOP);
• not use Doorbell for spam, bulk advertising to people who did not ask, scams, misleading listings, or anything illegal;
• follow WhatsApp's own terms and policies.

Doorbell is not made, endorsed or supported by WhatsApp or Meta, and WhatsApp decides how it treats accounts. Doorbell spaces messages out and never sends at night so it behaves like a careful person, but we cannot promise that WhatsApp will never restrict or ban a number, and we are not responsible if it does.

6. Your data

The clients, properties and photos you put into Doorbell belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Doorbell for you, and you confirm that you have the right to use the client details you add. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Doorbell running and your data backed up, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or problems with WhatsApp, email or hosting providers. We may improve or change features over time. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email.

8. Suspension and closing an account

You can stop using Doorbell and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or our service at risk, or is not paid for. Where we can, we will warn you first.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, CodeMark is not liable for lost deals, lost profits or indirect losses, or for what happens to your WhatsApp account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Doorbell in the three months before the claim.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
